Miš i Pile: Privacy Policy Miš i Pile is committed to protecting your privacy. In order to provide a quick and accurate response to your logo design order, Miš i Pile asks only for the information necessary to complete your order with precision. All the information is strictly for the use of Miš i Pile and will not be shared with any third party. The information we gather and how we use it: When you place inquiry about a logo design, we need to know your details, including, but not limited to: your name, your company's name, your e-mail address, and your mailing address. This allows us to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status. We also ask some information about your company and/or project in order to have a creative direction for your logo design needs. All the rights to the Logo artwork and logo design we create at the request of a client belong to such client after full payment is received. We keep creative rights allowing us to showcase created artwork in our portfolio and use it in self-marketing purposes. Miš i Pile: Refund Policy We conditionally guarantee your satisfaction or your money back. New clients are obligated to pay 50% order deposit before project commences. Returning clients may be given different terms, based on the communication. In case you are not satisfied with the artwork created, you are not obligated to pay for it; however, in some cases it may not be possible to issue a refund. In case you are not satisfied, you are not allowed to use concepts, drafts or sketches presented to you in the given form, or exploit any idea that we have presented to you, in order to create a new artwork or derrivate by you or some other designer. Once upfront deposit or payment has been made, you have right to ask for refund within 90 days, excluding following events: 1. If you have approved your logo design. 2. If work has commenced according to your specifications and changes/revisions were effected based on your feedback. 3. If the party for whom the logo is being designed closes, or changes its name, or changes its activity. 4. If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the logo design of Miš i Pile. 5. If you do not communicate with Miš i Pile for more than a month following the submission of the logo design. In the event you make full payment after accepting and approving your logo design, you are considered to have accepted our work and once you receive final artwork files in digital form (downloadable or via e-mail), refund policy will not take effect. We do not charge any administration fees if refund has been approved. How the money will be transferred: If you have paid using your credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 10 business days before the money will appear on your account. If you have paid using bank wire, your refund will be sent to you using the same method. At the moment, we do not accept money orders or cheques.
